Next Generation Algorithms and Decision Support Tools for Managing Ridesharing Services

Project 38

The objective of this project is to develop algorithms with capabilities for routing and scheduling ridesharing vehicles and integrating their services. The algorithms will be embedded in the Mobile Resources Management System (MRMS). In addition to increasing efficiency, the improved algorithms will be practically suitable for actual operations by explicitly taking into account requirements and special cases that arise in the real world.
